Today more than yesterday we want to enjoy our beautiful Italy, explore it and live it, even at night.
Who has the good fortune to live in Milan or even just to visit it for a few days, can not stop to visit the boys of Carlo and Camilla in Sawmill… a magical place!
It always starts with a blank sheet of paper, a silence, an empty box.
The “empty box” is nothing more than an ancient sawmill transformed into a place for dreamers, by other dreamers.
This project was born from the meeting of Tanja Solci, well-known art director, Carlo Cracco and Nicola Fanti.
Tanja Solci’s grandparents’ old factory has taken on a new look, it is a mix of elegance and modernity of the elite!
The interior decor of the restaurant includes huge wooden tables and sparkling crystal chandeliers, and is enriched with plants and magnificent soft lights.
White porcelain by Richard Ginori dresses the table, which give your dinner a noble atmosphere.
Exterior of the sawmill retains some details of the old factory, such as woodworking machinery, which along with the tables, minimal chairs and pebbles go to enrich the courtyard just as fabulous.
And if we’re talking about Carlo Cracco, we can’t help but mention his exquisite cuisine.
Carlo e Camilla is a bar and restaurant where you can enjoy cocktails that are unique in the world, studied in detail.
Not to mention the equally sought after dishes…!
The kitchen was entrusted by Carlo Cracco to a young Neapolitan chef who really knows his way: Luca Pedata.
If, on the other hand, you are only interested in the cocktail bar, you can easily enjoy your drink inside or outside.
Liquid cooking
It is the idea behind the drinklist of Carlo and Camilla, born by bartender Filippo Sisti. Their cocktails are, in fact, a mix of tradition and innovation from haute cuisine.
