To notice the success of a brand sometimes you just take a ride to the fairs. There are half-empty stands and others where people go crazy, like bees in front of a cup of honey. This was pretty much the effect that made Bucobianco at Super Milan, as we too have struggled to get us space to see up close and photograph collection. Then we raise it up to make some chat with the founders of the brand Barbara Branciforti and Giacomo Nee.
A few months ago we had already talked about the brand as a novelty that particularly impressed us. After a little time the brand arrives at a major trade fair, and the evidence is there for everyone.
The boys are not from fashion schools, and decided to open a small shop, or rather a ‘hole’ in Sciesa 6 in Milan. Where proposing their style: Giacomo realizes artistic designs with 3D effects, while Barbara follows the production and style that is entirely made in Italy.
In a strategic point of the city they began to be known not only by tourists but by models and students attending fashion schools in the area.
Hard not to be struck by the colors, tending to fluorescent brand. At a time where reigning black and neutral colors Bucobianco goes on its way: poetic, artistic and a bit ‘dreamy, far from any specific trend. The collection was also enlarged to small jewelry and handbags.
The best testimonial of the brand is the same Barbara who see portrayed here: this is the Bucobianco style and perhaps no one else would know better impersonate it.
