Un video è veramente il modo migliore per presentare una collezione fantastica, la nuova f-w 11 di Stone Island Shadow. Forse l’unico. Impossibile da capire con mere fotografie, questo prodotto. A volte apparentemente semplice e minimale, nasconde sempre sorprese: tasche, molteplici funzionalità, abbinamenti, stratificazioni, il tutto condito da tagli anatomici e tessuti iper-moderni. Forse questo l’abbigliamento del futuro. Ad illustrarlo è direttamente, Errolson Hugh (già designer di Acronym). Se la collezione Stone Island non mi ha stupito per fantasia, questa ‘Shadow project’ è la migliore che sia mai stata prodotta da Stone. Ci sono capi che non sono difficili da indossare, ma, sebbene sosfisticatissimi, possono essere indossati anche dal manager in carriera del futuro, non solo da giapponesi super trendy o collezionisti.
D’altronde anche sul sito non si chiama più Stone Island Shadow Project, ma semplicemente Stone Island Shadow. Ora i progetto sono realtà.
