Minimal is the aesthetics of the New York designer Titania Inglis. The contrasts reign in her style: minimal or lush, tough but feminine, modern and worked with traditional techniques. Minimal is also the environmental impact of her collections. In fact on facebook we read the motto “Geometry + nature = clothing”. The Inglis won the award in 2012 Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation award dedicated to sustainable design. Her creations are made in a small factory in New York with sustainable materials such as Japanese organic cotton and vegetable tanned leather. Her is the philosophy of “less but better”, little but good translated in its simplest terms. The quality of materials and workmanship and much more important than the rest. But not only that, it also means less but better to create clothes that go from day to night, from summer to winter, which change thanks to a cut geometric or a reversible fabric.
