With the new Sneakerball collection, Pantofola d’Oro aims to mix urban culture with football, introducing the turned tongue as a tribute to the historic 1980s football shoes.
Taking inspiration from the football shoes that have made the brand an established reality, Pantofola d’Oro has decided to launch the new Sneakerball collection focusing on a retrò style, where the protagonist is the tongue that covers the laces. The latter, in fact, has been revisited in a modern key and is the constant that unites the whole new sneakers line. Compared to the past, the innovations regarding this tab are identified in a more squared cut and, above all, in a particular technical solution, absolutely original, which it makes it totally removable.
Sneakerball: the outdoor has never been so fashionable!
The upper of the Sneakerball is created using the Strobel technique, which gives this shoe a high technical value, guaranteeing a comfortable fit and determining a deconstructed appearance. As for the sole instead, it’s about an exclusive Vibram model, which comes with a 3D design inspired by the outdoor world and is made of V-Lite compound. These sneakers are therefore light and equipped with an optimal balance between stability and resistance, made with distinct top quality materials including calfskin, suede and nylon.
The flagship of the Sneakerball is also the iconic side insert typical of soccer shoes that have made Pantofola d’Oro a globally known brand. These inserts are made in contrasting or matching colors, thus becoming unique and original elements.
The collection is also completed by the eco-leather versions that represent a sustainable alternative.
