“Fashion has a function: to make people walk through fields of possibility … to sacralize every form of diversity, to feed the indispensable skills of self-determination.”
We had already told you about Alessandro Michele‘s experiment with the SS21 – Epilogue collection. An experiment that opens to all the behind the scenes of the preparation of a fashion show to show us the beating heart of a memorable fashion show.
At the moment, the last piece of the Gucci SS20 collection is available, which closes the circle of an iconic and unique fashion brand. We are talking about the Gucci polo shirt that sews a search by the creative director with an inimitable vintage flavor among the weaves of its fabric.
Also for this t-shirt, Alessandro Michele used graphic color blocking to add a unique detail to the tailoring of the collection. A collection that evokes the heyday of the 70s of the brand together with the reinterpretations of the same of the 90s of Tom Ford.
“The 70s are the moment of greatest liberation, which I experienced when I was a child. They were also the golden years of the brand I work for, and I continually recover them because for me personally they are the true seeds of change.”
A cream polo shirt with a contrasting intense blue collar and enriched by the embroideries of the brand’s famous motifs, including the two Gs of the maison. Made in Italy, the fabric of this polo is 93% cotton and only 7% elasten. It can become yours here.
