For the first appointment of “A Colorful Summer”, a series of events linked to art on stage at the La Tenda Milano store, GHŌUD Venice decided to collaborate with the artist Roberto Muscinelli, going beyond the limits of the canvas and bringing his art on the exclusive sneakers of the brand.

Numbered and limited edition, the capsule collection “La vie en rose”, offers a range of one of the most iconic models of GHŌUD Venice, the LOB01, which in the hands of Muscinelli becomes a real canvas.
“We wanted a pair of shoes that literally nobody had, so we decided to combine fashion and art”.
And here’s how real explosive sneakers are born. Roberto Muscinelli, artist and creator of “Perché esplodo”, also uses his particular technique, whose purpose is to create something positive from a destruction: a small explosive charge pushes the color with force on the sneakers that l artist has arranged in different ways near the bang itself.

Through the use of color the result obtained is the representation of an explosion here understood not as destruction but as the creation of a unique object that remains forever. Each sneaker becomes an artist’s shoe, numbered and signed by Muscinelli himself.

For GHŌUD Venice, a brand strongly linked to the world of design and contemporary art, the partnership with Muscinelli represents the beginning of a path that in 2019 will see the brand engaged in the launch of another 2 special collaborations linked to contemporary visual artists of international level .
The Roberto Muscinelli X GHŌUD Venice capsule collection is available exclusively at LaTenda in Via Solferino 10 – Milan.
