Known for his designs of clothes, accessories and footwear for Adidas and Moschino, Jeremy Scott returns in 2021 with a new collaboration with Adidas Originals.
His best-known partnership with the brand came in 2008, with the launch of footwear and apparel that included furry trainers with teddy bear heads and winged high shoe designs. His iconic wings, as well as the various references to childish objects, seem to return once again in the 2021 collaboration just announced. After 2010, when Scott took the helm of Moschino, it seemed difficult to see a new partnership with the brand and instead here it is.
“What I love about collaborating with Adidas is that it allows me to be so much more in people’s lives thanks to accessibility, price and global distribution, and it allows me to give free rein to my imagination and create things like: teddy bear, poodle shoes or wings”
Jeremy says. And so bears, poodles and wings are about to return! One of the main objectives of the Adidas and Scott collection, as also stated by him previously, is to decrease the price of the products launched for greater accessibility. There is talk of reduced budgets as those of the buyers are reduced due to the pandemic experienced. It therefore goes from a price of 20,000 euros to 200 euros. This is because fashion, this year more than ever, needs to adapt to change. What does not change, however, are the characteristic shapes and models of Moschino’s Creative Director. Even the famous money press returns.

Eccentric contrasting colors, equally evident prints, puppets, this and much more we will see on the new Jeremy Scott x Adidas shoes. Once again some of the most captivating sneakers ever seen that leave an indisputable mark on the shoe scene
