Concepts x Nike Kyrie 6 Khepri & Golden Mummy. No, it is not a new mathematical formula, but rather one of the first collaborations of the new year for Nike, which already boasts an important number. The brand of sportswear and shoes in fact, it has joined forces with two other illustrious names: the Concepts store and the Australian basketball player Kyrie Irving. The reason is the creation of two sneakers: Khepri and Golden Mummy, in fact.

The joint venture between the streetwear store – now based in Boston, New York and Dubai – and the Brooklyn Nets basketball player was born in 2017, and for two years they have not stopped influencing each other, taking inspiration from the culture and myth of the ancient Egypt. Nike, of course, makes it possible to make it happen. The latest models are born under this alchemy: Khepri is the god of creation, but it is also a verb and means to transform. And in nature, everything changes at sunset, even the colors. And it is the latter that are highlighted on this model.

The Golden Mummy takes its cue from the Valley of Mummies and from the treasures discovered in the tombs, in particular that belonging to King Tutankhamun. It is no coincidence, in fact, that the shades of this model tend towards gold.

Already in Concepts stores for a week, the two shoes from the Kyrie 6 collection Concepts x Nike Kyrie 6 Khepri & Golden Mumm will be available worldwide starting from Friday, January 10th.
