When it comes to watches, you know, real collectors do not look for those more in hype but, on the contrary, they search for the rarest and most particular models, that are difficult to be found on the market.
Lately, the watches with “Arabic” dial, which take their name from the style of the numbers used to mark the hours, seem to have attracted the attention of the experts in the field.

It is not easy to outline the origins of this model but we know that from 1950 to 1970 the Swiss maison Rolex, which ranks among the biggest luxury companies, decided to include Arabic models in its line. These watches then disappeared from the Rolex catalogues for almost 50 years and then returned in 2016 with a classic platinum Day-Date with a blue dial to which the famous “Arabic Dial” was applied. This model was recently worn by celebrities such as Drake and Jay-Z and although at the time it already had a fairly high value (about 35 thousand euros), now it seems to be much more expensive, reaching a minimum of about 80 thousand euros.

In short, if you’re a real watch lover, you should have one.
