The Desert Boot. The Desert London. The Wallabee. These shoes – an icon of Clarks Originals – encompass all of the brand’s heritage, artisan shoe-making art and a passion for great design and are renowned throughout the world for their distinctive silhouettes and high-quality materials with which they are made.
In the SS2020 collection presented at Pitti Immagine Uomo 96 wanted to pay tribute to these models and to the origins of the brand by creating them with innovative materials and in a fresh and new color palette: the DNA has remained the same but has been interpreted with a twist unique to make them perfect shoes for the summer season.
Desert Boot
In 2020 marks the 70th birthday of this model, the result of the creativity of Nathan Clark who, based on the shoes sold at the Cairo bazaars to the soldiers of the British army, created a model with a distinctive silhouette and clean lines. It is considered the first “casual dress shoe” and, despite the years, continues to have new admirers. Every detail has remained faithful to the original, from the construction of the silhouette to the pure crepe sole.
For the summer season, the Desert Boot comes in a sustainable version: the soft nubuck used for the upper has been created with a more environmentally-friendly hairstyle that saves energy and water, while the crepe sole originates from the Sri Lanka, but always carried out according to sustainable procedures.
Lunan
The Desert Boot turns into an easy and versatile summer sandal: the simple design of the Lunan maintains the minimalist philosophy of the shoe – original icon and presents the same lockstitch construction, real trademark, and defined stitching. The lightness of the EVA sole has bright pink and blue details, perfect for a casual style; the shoe is softened by the ankle strap for a relaxed and funny aesthetic.
Desert London
Desert London was born based on a Clarks archive model from the 1960s and hides the Desert Boot DNA: it is characterized by a stitched-in structure and a crepe sole, in addition to the leather edge and lining that guarantee exceptional comfort.

Wallabee
The Wallabee has been a cult since its inception in 1967: the favorite shoe of the rebels and free thinkers of the revolutionary years, it is still loved by artists and musicians from all over the world. A shoe renowned for its characteristic moccasin construction, high quality materials and an immediately recognizable silhouette.
Wallabee neon pack
This new neon color is composed of lime, shocking pink and pure white for a look of great impact. Suede has been specially developed by the historic British tannery Charles F Stead and is stain and water resistant while the pure crepe sole gives a touch of color.
Wallabee camo pack
The printed Wallabee is characterized by a watercolor pattern hand painted and digitally printed on high quality Italian suede. Each pair of shoes is one of a kind … there aren’t two of them!
Wallabee canvas pack
This season comes a leatherless version of the Wallabee in three different colors. The material of the canvas is as resistant as the original suede and comes in off-white, orange and aqua green tones inspired by desert landscapes.
Wallabee Strap
A special icon continuously reinterpreted in new styles dedicated to those who love fashion: a process that included numerous variations of the shoe, including the sandal version, which does not forget the moccasin structure, the crepe sole and the distinctive design. To create the upper, the original Wallabee was deconstructed, removing selected parts to reveal a strap-on sandal. The wedge sole creates a slightly raised profile and the upper is available in soft leather and nubuck combinations for easy summer comfort.

Wallacraft Lo
This easy to wear shoe continues to offer the raised sole typical of the boot version (Wallabee Craft) of last winter and uses it to create a new lower profile. The crepe sole is combined with a raised rubber sole for an exceptional look, and retains the much-loved moccasin construction and defined hand-stitching. It also features the same sustainable nubuck used for Desert Boot uppers and is made with a more environmentally friendly dyeing process that saves energy and water.
Wallacraft Strap
The thick sole of the Wallabee Craft has been declined in a summer sandal, with the classic moccasin shape and hand-stitched details, in addition to the asymmetrical lacing for an appealing aesthetic.
Kiowa Pace
Lo Kiowa is one of the protagonists of the Sportswear collection: a line that comes from the fusion of the Clarks heritage with innovation, without forgetting traditional techniques.
Kiowa Pace
Lo Kiowa is one of the protagonists of the Sportswear collection: a line that comes from the fusion of Clarks’ heritage with innovation, without forgetting the traditional Made in USA footwear techniques combined with the technology used for the most advanced sportswear. A lightweight EVA sole provides comfort and ease of movement. This season the upper has been reinvented by a simple silhouette thanks to a new design that allows you to play with colors and textures: from here seven different styles have come to life with combinations of shades and materials.
The unique design is that of the unisex gray shoe, which features a retro-reflective nylon on the upper part and a very attractive pink rubber sole.
