Wait Order, the start-up launched by Wait Media, the first Italian online showroom dedicated to talent and creative avant-garde and Lookcast, an American-Italian start-up with roots that go from Chicago (where it was founded) up to Italy (where it resides the development team and marketing).
For Wait team is a particular emotion announce this collaboration. Everyone have some magic words, able to vibrate the strings of the heart. In this story for us there are 3: ‘start-up’ (it is the first day that we tell of talent and their start-up on our magazine), ‘collaboration‘, since we believe that only through the mutual exchange of ideas, energy and synchronization young talent and young companies can grow and finally ‘United States’ means the place where they were born the most successful companies in the world of web and technology that have helped to radically change our lives over the last years: from Apple, Google and Facebook up to a host of other great designs that have found the environment and the lifeblood (men, culture, capital) to become companies and help improve the world of today and tomorrow.
Lookcast is just one of them. The idea is very simple: Lookcast is a powerful app and a web platform that allows brands, designers, artists, fashion bloggers, designers, artists to create quickly and very effectively a lookbook of professional mold.
No need to go from complicated software or expensive companies capable of doing this work.
If the basic materials are good, uploading Loockast you can achieve with great ease a book presentation of your work, or a fantastic ‘storytelling‘ of your project by choosing from many different layouts, endless options and the ability to create product galleries linked to your site (or your shop-online, why not?).
Not only. Once this ‘virtual book’ you can make it viral by sharing the generated links within Lookcast, on all the various social media (Facebook onwards).
From today all the brands on Wait Order will have the ability to access Lookcast them for free for a period of some months, to test the program and create their own lookbook. The same will be placed on the page of each brand of Waitorder and will be spread virally on Wait and Lookcasr social channels.
