The platform model presented by Donatella Versace in the Fall Winter 2021 2022 collection show is already a trend.
An iconic, dynamic and engaging show in the shape of a mythological labyrinth that follows the new monogram of the “La Greca” brand. To tread the catwalk are the top models, as well as Muses of Versace Irina Shayk and Gigi Hadid, that among the 3D walls of the set wear retro-futuristic geometric cut dresses, with dizzying platforms designed with brilliant textures and matching relief socks in full 70s style.
The shoes’ color palette is dominated by fluorescent, eccentric and mesmerizing hues. The upper is predominantly laminated, features jewel details on the strap and a small cute “Medusa” charm. Other fabrics of the silhouettes are monograms, they are part of the relaunch of “La Greca” pattern, dating back to the Versace archive of the 90s.
