After over thirty years of presence in global sales and distribution, Luca Benini, founder of Slam Jam, is ready to announce his next project.

It was 1989 when, thanks to Slam Jam, the classic definition of retail was overcome and what has now become a global reality, as well as an institution that allows the meeting between culture and fashion, was founded. During its history, Slam Jam has made numerous collaborations as a store, but now, thirty years after its foundation, the time has finally come to launch his brand: (Un)corporate Uniforms.

Made with the help of the Paris creative agency Ill-Studio, (Un)corporate Uniforms explores all the facets of the uniform, a concept of fundamental importance in clothing, but also in all the subcultures that lead people to an ideal common. As a logo, an upside-down capital A was chosen inscribed in a broken circle which, translated from the mathematical language means “for everyone“, thus symbolizing the unity of a group beyond its differences. The first collection of (Un)corporate Uniforms will consist of three items of clothing, strictly unisex, which include an anorak, an overshirt and a pair of trousers.
The Anorak Diagonal Yuma features a short cut, a closure with a diagonal zip, side pockets with a snap closure, back-pence and adjustable cuffs thanks to Velcro. The Overshirt Joilet instead has an oversize fit, with a classic collar, snap button closure, inside pocket, buttoned cuffs, and a velcro patch on the chest. Finally, the Diagonal Attica Pant, is characterized by a straight leg and a regular fit.
Slam Jam’s first collection, (Un)corporate Uniforms, will be available from December 22nd exclusively on the slamjam.com website and in the Milan store.
