Karl Lagerfeld and Fendi officially presented their Spring / Summer 2019 women’s collection at Milan Fashion Week. Adwoa Aboah opened the show in a look that featured a translucent leather raincoat, paired with a white dress below. The look gave the tone to the entire presentation that included a series of distinct separé, accentuated by playful and youthful accessories.
Throughout the collection, great emphasis has been placed on the bra tops, the transparent outerwear and the versatility of the leather bags. Bella Hadid wore a top with a particularly striking yellow collar with dark blue biker shorts with shimmering striped details. Her look was completed by a pair of bizarre glasses and a decidedly unconventional bag. Another item to watch out for is the Kendall Jenner padded logo coat in white, worn with a matching leather bag.
The accessories were a great component of the presentation with colored heels and sandals sent on the catwalk in purple, white, pink and yellow to name a few. The bags also took center stage and were built with the historic double FF logo of the fashion house.
