PATRICIA FIELD RE-EDIT THE “CARRIE” NECKLACE, LAUNCHED IN THE FAMOUS TV SERIES FILMED IN NEW YORK
The Sex & The City costume designer presents the famous “Carrie” necklace. It does this by updating the look of the font, to which it adds hearts and curves to the base of the tag. Thus was born the “Carrie 2.0”. It is currently sold for $320 and is available on Field’s website.
Face of the social (and global) launch is the blogger and writer of the book Making It in Manhattan, Caroline Vazzana. That’s why the reason is simple: it has long been considered the Carrie Bradshaw of the digital world. And, as told in a statement released to the press: «I grew up watching Sex and the City and subsequently launched my career as a writer in New York inspired by Carrie Bradshaw, so when Pat and her team asked me to be the face of the Carrie 2.0, I was so honored.»

THE BIRTH OF A PHENOMENON
The first version of the Sex & The City necklace has survived many episodes. After Carrie bought it in a flea market, among many odds and ends, while she was with her inseparable friends Miranda Hobbes, Charlotte York and the fiery Samantha Jones.
Already after the first season, the “Carrie” necklace is all over the world: every fashion addict wants an identical one, with her own name on it.
