Feel the sea inside.
It is a phrase that I feel particularly mine and that the SILTED brand has carried in its clothing line with a free and happy breath that the surf culture manages to put into image. When we think of the courageous and cheeky attitude of a surfer who tries to ride the indomitable waves of the sea, we all immediately feel that feeling of freedom, courage and determination that SILTED has translated into a clothing line.

It is a curious and often underestimated way to think positively about changes in the world. Most of the time we are cynical, pessimistic about our reality and our society. We always have to complain about everything. Our complaint about this and that never fails, in short about anything, but then we never wondered if we have ever made even the slightest effort to change things?
It is the attitude with which we face life that determines the people we are. And here I do not want to fall into banal and unanimous speeches. I would just like to face the awareness that instead of continuing to complain about how unfortunate we were in 2020, the time has come to look at the face, without fear, of the situation we are experiencing.

As well as proposing a line of menwear clothing engaged in the search for quality materials with an innovative design and attentive to details, SILTED also makes us a specific question.
What if 2020 was the year we were waiting for?
A year certainly not comfortable, fearful, but finally it forces us to grow and change things. A year in which we accept, for better or worse, the need for a change, a change that will only happen together, joining forces.

All this is the soul of a brand strongly inspired and at the same time influenced by the culture of surfing. T-shirts, trousers and jackets that dress a lifestyle dictated by a philosophy open to change but rooted in solid principles. Principles shared by surfers, designers, musicians, photographers and innovative directors, who embrace the curious side of the way of thinking and who believe in positive changes in the world.

The simplicity of all the garments is what distinguishes a brand that makes the research of fabrics one of its strengths. Trousers in particular select materials with elastic properties, which make them comfortable and versatile, essential characteristics for the fluid and dynamic identity of the brand.

An identity that, just like the sea of Emilia Romagna, the cradle of Silted, is dynamic, impetuous, ready to face any storm. If you think about it, the identity of man can be compared to that of the sea. Immense, irrepressible, always changing.
We always try to see the horizon of the sea, and even when we think we see its end, its limit right there in front of our eyes, in reality the sea continues and does not end in that blue line that separates it from the sky.

So sea that never ends just like we human beings who never stop discovering and knowing each other. We find the same essence in a clothing brand that never wants to be enough. SILTED looks to the future with positivity, optimism and desire to change things by really facing them.
Perceiving Endless is our motto, it contains the past, the present and the future of our project.
