Women, art and sound are the key words to describe the French brand Ruve, born from a group of friends with the aim to bring a positive change to the new generations.
The goal of the brand is to elevate the female body to a new level of seduction, embracing its inner strength and positivity.
“We believe today’s standard does not stand for our generation” you can read on their website. “We want to disrupt the boundary, reset the beauty standard yet embrace original beauty. We encourage you to express the way you dress and the way you live with your own style. Stay true to yourself, let your personality and your clothes speak for you and say who you are!”
Asymmetries, see-through and bodycon characterize the minimal and at the same time rich in details garments. The brand defines itself as “beautywear” because it was designed to enhance the natural beauty of the female body, embracing it and becoming one with the skin rather than an external element that covers it.
Every week they create new garments with different designs and put in the archives the previous ones. The series produced are limited so as to avoid waste and at the same time offer exclusivity to each creation. “Clothes are like good friends, you don’t need a 1000, you just need the right ones”. Following this motto, Ruve offers clothes in neutral tones that can be suitable for all occasions without falling into banality, all the collections are easy to match and offer the right balance between comfort and glamour.
More than a brand, Ruve has been conceived as a lifestyle, a hymn to the beauty that exists in every human being, a way to enhance it. It is based on aesthetics but not in a frivolous way, it looks for beauty in the details of everyday life, associating also a musical playlist to each collection in order to help to fully understand it.
