Past and future meet in the collaboration between Puma and Felipe Pantone. The brand has decided to collaborate with the Spanish-Argentine artist for a collection based on a technological aesthetic.
For those unfamiliar with him, Felipe focuses all his work on the fusion of technology and art. He tries to reflect with his works the ways in which technological development has changed human perception, getting closer to light, color and shapes.
The same thing he tries to do with the collection created with the partnership of Puma, where his creations finally find a three-dimensional format through clothing and footwear. The choice falls first of all on semi-transparent and translucent fabrics, checkered textures, shaded graphics and iridescent finishes. T-shirts, pants, jackets and shorts, all classic Puma garments and silhouettes, are reinterpreted with Felipe’s graphic designs. Written as ‘FP Studio‘ and ‘Open this side‘ are used on almost all the items in the collection.

As for sneakers, on the other hand, Pantone’s design blends with Puma’s historic silhouette with two models: Cruise Rider and Mirage Tech. The first features a rainbow midsole and a white mesh upper with bright leather and TPU linings, while the second features a total black with glossy finishes.

“I wanted to create the perfect uniform for me and my studio team, for work and after work. The collection embodies the street look of graffiti and the high-tech essence of my studio work.”
Says Felipe Pantone. What comes out of this collection are therefore looks characterized by simple, but equally daring silhouettes. We choose to give space to colors, materials, graphics. We choose to give space not only to fashion but also to art.
