To celebrate its thirteenth anniversary, No Comply Skate has created a collection with Vans and Hi, How Are You Project.
Hi, How Are You Project is an association whose objective is to open dialogue on mental illnesses and to help research.
The project started with the help of American singer-songwriter and painter Daniel Johnston, who passed away last year.
And Daniel Johnston’s beautiful drawings are the protagonists of the No Comply x Vans collection!
There are three sneakers: Slip-On Pro, Old Skool Pro, and Authentic Pro.
Each of these is a “soft mix” of grey, white and orange, with the upper embellished by the famous illustrations.
The entirely orange soles are decorated with stars and the dates of birth and death of Daniel Johnston (61-19).
To complete the capsule we also have a cap with visor, two t-shirts, one white and one black, and a canvas shopper.
The proceeds from the sale of this collection will be donated 50% to Hi, How Are You Project.
It will be available only on No Comply Skate from June 13, while it can be purchased in other American skate stores from June 21 onwards.
