Inspired by the Eighties, the collection Nigel Cabourn x Element “Cricket” combines the streetwear to the unmistakable Cabourn style.
After the first collaboration, the fall/winter 2019-20, which was inspired by the military background and by the skateboarding passion of the Element’s founder, Johnny Schillereff, in particular to the Sixties skateboarding and the military style of those years; for the spring/summer 2020, they proposed a color palette that range over the dirty white to the blue navy, emphasizing the Cabourn’s “Cricket” line, born at the end of the ‘80s.

Nigel Cabourn reinterprets again the skateboarding brand with his british heritage, inspired by the rare pieces of his vintage clothes archive, collected in over 40 years.
Functionality and aesthetic melt together in the clothes signed Caborun: for this collection, the oversized silhouettes are reversible, with light tones crazy argyles prints and resistant but breathable fabrics.
Each article is realized following the made in England brand’s standards, with sustainable details which complete the design: for example, the embroidered pants are partially made from recycled polyester and cotton, while the 290 grams jersey t-shirts, boast a slouchy fit, pigment dye and garment wash treatment.

The sartorial aesthetic met again the streetwear, creating an avant-garde skateboarding collaboration, by merging archive pieces with the contemporary sportswear.
The collection includes a selection of jackets, t-shirts, trousers, hoodies, shorts, accessories, footwear and skateboard decks, available on the official Nigel Cabourn and Element websites. Below, the complete look-book of the collection:
