Genderless and black remake of “The Fabulous World of Amelie” by Jean Pierre Jenouet, revealing the Mr Hide: underground, clubbers and nightlover. The Italian brand arrives in Paris, in the fashion district of Les Marais, to present his collection at Void Showroom. Oversize, total black, unisex and asymmetry are the leitmotif of the collection, Amelié chooses thread like mood for the A / W16. The meeting between weave and warp,t hat is the starting point for the construction of each tissue, it is zoomed by the prints, jacquard designs, ropes games and the thread comes out as an embroidery . But Amelié loves the contrast: streetwear and avantgarde, the tradition of cotton and bouclé wool with the futuristic Modal and neoprene, fluidity and rigidity, total black and “Color field” prints by Mark Rothko. Photos of the event during Paris Fashion Week, and the preview of A / W 16 shooting.
