New release: Yeezy 500 Granite

A new release in the sneakers world: the Yeezy 500 Granite.

They have been posted by the instagram sneaker insider @jjosepph15 that has given us a big preview in hand of the new arriving sneakers.

According to the latest news their release day should be on 14th May 2022.

This particular model has had few releases since their debut in 2018, however it represents an iconic piece because Yeezy 500 is the first design born from the collaboration between Adidas and Kanye West.

The first color in which the Yeezy 500 has been released was the desert rat.

The futuristic sole has at least 20 years and it has debuted with the shoes signed by Kobe Bryant with the release of Adidas KB8 III in 1999. This shoe sole is mainly studied to help the basketball players to not roll the ankles on the court.

Beyond the technical detail of the sole, its design is in line with the chunky shoes trend that now is really actual and stylish.

Chunky shoes are shoes with a high sole, thick and sometimes irregular, they are called chucky for the thickness of the sole.
