Louis Vuitton is releasing a series of exclusive necklaces around the world

12 months, 12 models and 12 chain necklaces for 12 metropolises around the world.

It looks like a treasure hunt because in a sense, the “Around the World” capsule, it is.

We are talking about the recent Louis Vuitton project dedicated to the launch of the exclusive LV Chain Links Necklace, which is the jewel designed by Virgil Abloh for the SS19 fashion show and that features small colored and enameled crystals, set in plexiglass, an LV plate and a second with initials of the city, through a small silver chain.

The first metropolis to debut it is going to be Dubai in April, where for the first 12 lucky ones it will be possible to buy the colorful and sparkling jewel necklace that for the first edition features gray, green and gold colors, plexiglass with bright purple, blue and water. The object will be placed inside a packaging made with the scraps of the previous collections.

In the coming months, the model will arrive in the city of Los Angeles in May, London in June, Seoul in July, Singapore in August, Chicago in September. In Italy Milan has been chosen, and October has been confirmed but we will have to wait the weeks before to know exactly which boutique will be where will be released the 12 exclusive necklaces.
