Keen is an American brand based in Portland that makes work shoes, hiking and leisure.
One of the most representative of the brand shoes are sandals, made for hiking, and the outdoors, at the same time able to combine technical content and remarkable comfort.
With the model Unkeen the brand launches a new collection with a distinctly innovative design. The brand was able to give an answer to the question: ‘Is it possible to create a sandal that at the same time protect the feet but give the sense of freedom that is proper to this type of shoe? ‘
Unkeen is the answer. Based on a sole with a grip ‘trekking’ style has built an upper made from a dense net of nylon strings, available in two versions: round or flat. The play of the strings on one side allows to obtain a particular color effect, while from the functional point of view give life to a structure that supports the foot but at the same time ensures comfort and ventilation.
The closure is guaranteed by an elastic drawstring with a latch on top of the foot.
