The new Fendi style that will catch your attention

For the summer collection, the Italian fashion house Fendi focuses on the freshness of a new, modern, contemporary graphic. The must-haves of the Maison let themselves be shaped by the creative graphics of an artist from Los Angeles.
This is Josha Vides, already known to the followers of the house for the design of the Fendi Cafe , illustrator and visual artist among the most interesting of the contemporary art scene.
Murals, sculptures, drawings with a uniqueness now known to fans of contemporary art in the world. His style that clearly brings to mind the cartoons of when we were little was chosen by Silvia Venturini Fendi for a celestial collaboration.


The collection
California Sky , unlike the shades of blue to which the name may refer, is a fresh and fun Prefall collection with a black and white palette.
Despite the shades chosen, the name is perfectly suited to the color range that can initially be thought of. The pieces also come to life thanks to subtle touches of sky blue and purple wisteria.
Young design prints that rework the classic resort style by Fendi and the iconic FF logo.


Cycling shorts, windbreakers and light-weight knitwear. California Sky also includes a refined outfit for your next escape to the sea : kaftans, maillot and shirt dresses.
The characteristic accessories of the Maison were also victim of the magical touch of Joshua Vides, from the symbolic Baguette and Shopper bags, to the best-selling sunglasses of recent years such as the botanical Fendi for men.


California Sky provides a similar style for the man and child : the 3D cartoon effect traces the mapping of the patterns with black stitching and edges with a tromp-l’oeil effect combined with soft details and floral motifs.
The collaboration creates a style that can be defined Urban which will surely be remembered in the history of the brand.
