Eastpak has already accustomed to collaborations with top designers and brands, take for example those with Kris Van Assche, or the one with Wood Wood.
However this of which we speak today really has a special flavor.
The combination of the great Couturier Jean Paul Gaultier with the Eastpak world is the most unusual and original might come to mind.
Jean Paul, it does it with a great idea. The collection is built on three models: one is a series of backpacks that are inspired by the classic shapes and fabric of bomber jacket: a large pocket in the front with clip, and the interior lined in the classic orange. The second model reproduces a typical denim jacket: with double front pocket that faithfully reproduces the typical jacket in denim, much used by the JPG in its collections. The good news is the price: these models, despite the prestigious signing are offered at a price of 79 €. Finally, the final pearl, with a price rather different: a backpack made of genuine leather, which incorporates a biker jacket, with profiles highlighted by laces intertwined: a trademark of the French fashion designer who also present in boustier of legendary French fashion designer. The price is € 399 and they were made only 250 pieces for the whole world.
All backpacks over the style never forget functionality: no pockets inside zipped pockets and padded computer for Mac up to 15 inches.
The collection is not only beautiful but also ‘good’, in fact the store will support the charitable organization DAA (Designer Agains AIDS), present in the inner label.
The limited edition collection came on Superfly Deluxe.
