Jaden Smith has always proved to be a very multifaceted artist, moving from cinema to music, and now also collaborating with New Balance.
The son of the legendary Will Smith has in fact presented his first New Balance sneaker, called “Vision Racer”.
It draws inspiration from two of Jaden’s favorite models, the 1700 and the X-Racer, thus combining the historic traits of New Balance with the rapper’s creativity.
The shoe comes in a color called “Wavy Baby Blue”, its main feature is certainly its huge sole, divided into three blocks.
Sole that supports a mesh and suede upper that combines the elements of the sneakers mentioned above.
A particular detail is surely in the translucent sole that reveals the pink writing ((VISION)) which uses the font of the albums SYRE and ERYS.
The same writing is then repeated in black around the upper on which the classic New Balance N also appears, in reflective material, on a dark gray panel.
One thing not to be underestimated is sustainability, the key element of this shoe, in fact all the materials used are both recycled and vegan.
The new Jaden Smith x New Balance Vision Racer will be released on the New Balance website on July 24, at a price of around 150 euros.
