Do you remember our article from a couple of weeks ago? We talked about how the YEEZY Foam Runner designed by Kanye West represents a real innovation in the footwear field. Despite the wide criticism received initially, in fact, their silhouette has inspired many designers in recent times, among which we mentioned Matthew Williams.
We return to talk about the creative director of Givenchy after that he posted on his personal Instagram account a photo showing the new shoes coming out for the brand during the Fall 2022 collection.

The TK360 model, available from the 6th March 2022, is a full knit sneaker that cannot help but remind us of the YEEZY Knit Runner released for the first time on 23rd September 2021 and of which were already talking about in June of the same year.

Mentioning knitted sneakers, certainly we can’t forget the Balenciaga Speed, which after their release in 2016 had a huge success. However, the larger silhouette on the front and back that contrasts with the more tapered central part immediately recalls the YEEZY one.
Is it possible that Matthew Williams was inspired by the work of Kanye West and that, once again, Ye was visionary despite the initial scepticism of the audience?
