No, I’m not talking about the last 3×2 supermarket in my neighborhood, but about H&M Club, the new loyalty program, which will arrive in Italy from 11 October.
But how did we get here? H&M entered the Italian market in 2003 and currently has more than 5,000 employees and 162 points of sale in all regions of Italy except Valle d’Aosta and Basilicata.
Today, Italy represents the fourteenth country in which it will be possible to access the free system of digital points collection that accumulate with each purchase and which allows to obtain a point for each euro spent, both at the physical stores online shop.
But that’s not all folks. The first members can also take advantage of a 20% discount on the total of the first purchase until October 21st 2018.
