After the early 2020 preview, the Fall Winter 2020 Hiroshi Fujiwara x Moncler Genius collection has finally been unveiled.
The collection is a partnership with Japanese designer Hiroshi Fujiwara, but not only!
Many garments are made in collaboration with other brands: Lewis Leathers, Pokémon THUNDERBOLT PROJECT, the music band Kool & The Gang and Converse Chuck Taylor.
At first glance, both Moncler and Hiroshi Fujiwara’s personality are strongly felt.
Parkas, down jackets, cargo-pocketed jackets and denim jeans feature splashes of paint and many stylized logos, the latter being also united to reinforce the visual impact.
The Japanese influence is present throughout the collection from the stylistic point of view and with regard to the beautiful “graphics” that embellish the garments.
The logo of the brand FRAGMENT by Hiroshi Fujiwara is mixed with that of Moncler…we find on many garments the words “Fragment loves mountain” where Fragment merges with Moncler.
The cover art of Kool & the Gang “Spirit of the Boogie” is present on many garments, including some beautiful bomber jackets.
The collaboration with Pokémon THUNDERBOLT PROJECT adds the detail of Pikachu on some items.
As for the accessories we have the Converse Chuck 70 in black and white, bags, backpacks and clutches with many graphic details.
