One of our favorite stores, Haven, specializing in a unique selection of sought-after and avant-garde brands, including many rare Japanese labels, has given life to its official collaboration with Timberland.
The Canadian store has put hands on a great classic of the American brand: the 6 inch boots, to which it has succeeded with a skilful touch to give an avant-garde flavor, without distorting an icon of the history of footwear.
Haven did it by replacing the lace-up lacing with a front zip (the laces slide in an almost exclusively ornamental way laterally on the loops) adding tone-on-tone gore-tex inserts on the sides of the upper, and adding a label on the tongue capable of giving a twist with a military and industrial flavor. The sole, then, is a Vibram.
The shoes are available in black or sand, cost € 185, and are available on Haven e-shop.
Not to be missed.
