Yesterday MSGM posted on his IG profile a teaser video of the eco-sustainable capsule collection: Fantastic Green.
MSGM Creative Director Massimo Giorgetti said about the collection:
“Hard to imagine the future without thinking of a green fashion. We must all work to ensure that the production chain evolves, becomes respectful of the environment. With the Fantastic Green collection, Msgm starts a process of experimentation and innovation, which will lead it to rethink, step by step, all the activities in a green key. He makes a concrete commitment and signs a declaration of love for nature, a declaration that I felt the duty to make, especially at this time”
From the words of Giorgetti it is clear: MSGM wants to take a step towards nature and gradually become a sustainable business.
The reason is definitely ethical and represents a useful boost in a difficult time like what the whole world is going through!
And it is the fashion response that amazes us, because if some brands have decided to raise prices vertiginously… well others have decided to change the approach to production.
From today there is also MSGM.
Sweatshirts, t-shirts, pants and shorts will be made of certified organic cotton fiber (GOTS and BCI).
The garments will be dyed with techniques that reduce pollutant emissions close to 0. The graphic prints are made with biodegradable water-based ink, obtained from raw materials of natural origin and without chemical agents.
The collection will be available worldwide from January 2021.
