Daniëlle Cathari and adidas Originals, work together again for the launch of the new FW19 collection combining sartorial elements and details of the brand in a revised look.

For this new collaboration between adidas Originals and the Dutch designer Daniëlle Cathari, the new proposals are characterized by a very advanced unstructured silhouette and revisited details, emphasizing the refined sartorial elements while confirming the spontaneous style and sports fabrics of the previous Daniëlle Cathari collections.

Distinguished by surprising combinations, the FW19 Daniëlle Cathari x adidas Originals collection plays on a series of contrasts such as feminine-masculine, comfort-refinement, casual-formal.

Thanks to the unmistakable unstructured approach typical of Daniëlle Cathari, the range offers a series of classics pieces in a renewed key such as ribbed tank tops, mélange grey jumpsuits and tailored outfits made with sports fabrics.
The result is a collection that fully reflects the innovative action and technical contribution of the stylist, determined to decline the iconic Originals garments with the three stripes in a versatile garment. Using details such as the brushstroke effect on the three stripes and the drapery on the dresses, the new outfits present a sophisticated reinterpretation of comfortable garments par excellence, proposing a more elegant and “adult” streetwear idea.

Once again the campaign star is Kendall Jenner: her involvement dates back to the first Originals by Cathari collection, launched in the S/S 2017 season, and since then the relationship between the top model and the designer has continued to grow. The cast, to which this time the same Daniëlle joined, this time posing confident in a minimalist set, based on nineties-style office furniture: the modern workwear by Cathari is thus placed in its natural context.

The collection will be available starting July 15th on the website www.adidas.com, in adidas Originals stores and also selected retailers.
