Apparently Raf Simons, is not going really well. Just a few months after he took over as creative director at Calvin Klein, we witness the announcement of the closure of the entire CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC brand division launched by Simons.

This means that some staff members will be fired and this change seems to be starting right from the Milan office.
Earlier this year, in January, a previous report published by Calvin Klein broke the silence, saying that the company would relaunch the brand with a new name and a new creative direction. In fact, the parent company of the PVH brand had expressed frustration with the brand management under Simons just a short time after its takeover.
In an official statement reported by The Fashion Law, Emanuel Chirico, CEO of PVH said:
“We are disappointed by the lack of return on our investments in our Calvin Klein 205W39NYC business halo.”
