Baracuta has announced the first capsule born from its partnership with BYBORRE.
We are talking on the one hand about the historic English brand founded in Manchester and subsequently acquired by the Bologna-based group WP Lavori in corso.
On the other hand, we find the Dutch studio specialized in textile innovation and particularly attentive to environmental sustainability.
It is a capsule consisting of 3 unisex models for the SS21 collection:
the garments are presented in this order, the reinterpretation of the cult model of Baracuta, the Harrington Jacket G9, accompanied by the companion from the looser fit, G4, and a Baracuta Reversible Vest.
The highlight that unites and makes the collaboration stand out even more is the AO2 technology (Attachment Only 2 layer) by BYBORRE.
The BYBORRE’s AO2 a strong and airy breathable two-layered knit created without a filling yarn. This causes colors and patterns to pop even more, perfect for Baracuta whose iconic tartan motif is one of its unique selling points.
The materials used for this drop have been sourced solely from Italy, so it is 100% Made in Italy.
All garments are made from premium 100% recycled poly material.
The two creators companies have decided the limited edition of the garments, only 50 pieces for G9 and G4 and for the vest 100 pieces.
The collaboration is now available on Baracuta website and in store.
