11 by BBS and Salomon present Bamba sneakers for fall/winter 2020

11 by BBS sneakers are a must this winter.

The gorpcore, clothing that recalls the world of mountaineering, excursions and hiking, (we have already told you what gorpcore and its reference brands are here), has been the center of the latest collaborations and a source of inspiration for many designers, becoming the trend par excellence of autumn winter 2020.
For the 11 by BBS line, Boris Bidjan Saber collaborated with Salomon, creating a line of gorpcore-style footwear.

Thanks to a continuous experimentation of applications and graphic techniques, and an in-depth research on fabrics and treatments, the result of the collaboration are functional items with a street soul designed for everyday use. The top sneakers of the 11 line by BBS x Salomon are certainly Bamba 2 Hight GTX, Bamba 3.x and Bamba 5 which, for this season, have been declined in shades of blue, light gray and dirty gray with a “dirty” effect.

Bamba 2 Hight GTX

The Bamba 2 Hight GTX, are characterized by an upper on which technical fabric and leather alternate, ending with a contrasting front zip and high sole in recycled rubber.

Bamba 3.x

The Bamba 3.x model, in addition to a contrasting side zip, features Quicklace adjustable laces, as well as a band that perfectly wraps the ankle, to make the silhouette more versatile. Price: € 545.00 on ssense.

Bamba 5

The silhouette of the Bamba 5 model is certainly the most “chunky” one; the upper, made of mesh fabric, sees the two logos printed on the sides, and ends with a closure with Quicklace laces.
