Vans has revisited two of his most iconic models in honor of surrealist artist Magritte!
To be released tomorrow 8 October, the brand new Slip-On and Old Skool depict two of Magritte’s most famous paintings “The Lovers” and “Memory of a Journey”.
Vans is not new to these collaborations, just think of the capsule collection created in 2014, always in collaboration with Moma, in honor of another surrealist artist: Dalí.
The Slip-On that have as protagonists “The Lovers” have a green rubber sole and the picture reproduced on the instep.
The Old Skool that, instead, are dedicated to “Memory of a journey” have the white optical sole and the famous apple masked on the entire upper.
Will be available from tomorrow 8 October on the site of Vans.com.
