The Nike Dunk now seems to be the shoe designed for collaborations, in recent times this silhouette has restarted to be appreciated by the public, thanks to the many partnerships and restyling that have taken place on it.
Japan and Tokyo in particular play an important role in establishing the Dunk as an icon of international urban knowledge.
This time it is the turn of COMME des GARÇONS which for the summer presents us with the “Nike Dunk Low x CDG”, the sneaker, seen for the first time 7 months ago during Paris Fashion Week is about to be released in two very similar versions.
The substantial difference is the presence of an all-over pattern of the CGD logo that can be seen under the upper of one of the two, the black Swoosh reproduce the same shade of laces, outsole and collar, as well as the small tab placed at the end of the tongue, which bears the “NIKE” branding, also taken up on the wheel.

It is not the first time that the two brands collaborate on a Dunk, in 2017 the Nike Dunk High x CDG was released, characterized by a “see-through” effect maintained also on the new Low silhouette, thanks to a semi-transparent upper in “Nexkin “.

The new COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Dunk Low will be released on May 14 in all CDG stores, Dover street Market and on the retailer’s online store at a price of around € 280.
