After leaving YEEZY, Cristiano Minchio, he launched artica-arbox a new luxury streetwear brand, along with artistic director Irene Roth.

Founded in 2018, by Cristiano Minchio, YEEZY‘s former CEO with Irene Roth, a former film guru, artica-arbox is the new Made In Italy streetwear brand, whose name is inspired by the names that Irene’s sons used to exchange from small when they played superheroes, and this in many ways represents the brand’s spirit: allowing people to play with their own identity.
With its unique and innovative character, the brand takes its inspiration from the interaction between design, art, fashion, music and modern culture and consists of a unisex wardrobe for a luxury lover who does not want to give up their freedom of expression.

artica-arbox wants to reinterpret the classic silhouette adapting it to the most eclectic customer, proposing new versions with avant-garde fabrics thus representing the new contemporary individuality that wants to be ever more free from the “classic luxury” constraints and codes.
For the PE20 collection, artica-arbox‘s inspiration comes from art and technology translated through unconventional materials such as PVC, piping and rubber coating. The lookbook highlights all the themes surrounding science fiction realms and visions of the future, reinterpreting our perception of human physicality.
The most interesting proposals include the wide range of denim trousers that adapt to a relaxed style, as well as oversized trench coats and graphic shirts. Other pieces such as the trench coat, the waxed jacket and the military suit combine traditional cuts and advant-garde productions, with design elements such as translucent plastic pipes, rubberised Velcro closures and transparent military pockets.
artica-arbox will launch its PE20 collection at Selfridges starting from September 2019.
