After the great success during New York Fashion Week in February, and the immediate sold out, the second drop of the SS 18 capsule designed by Daniëlle Cathari for Adidas Originals is about to arrive.
The collection, which features the model Kendall Jenner as muse, was designed by emerging designer Daniëlle Cathari, called to reinterpret traditional pieces of the sportswear giant, famous for its trademark three stripes. The result of the successful collaboration are garments that look not only sporty, but also feminine, sexy and a bit cubist.
Adidas Originals x Daniëlle Cathari key items
The classic track suits, skirts and sweatshirts are a collage of colors, stripes and logos, proposed in white, yellow, blue, pink and obviously black. The lines are broken and put back together creating a movement effect, according to a decidedly captivating design, which gives new life especially to an iconic piece of the brand, like the track suit. The designer also manages to add a touch of femininity, creating asymmetric dresses and matching top-pants to wear, daringly, even at night.
A light vintage touch, color and a fresh design make the collection very tempting; as well as the prices. The pieces range from € 49.95 for the Top-Bra to a maximum of € 119.95 for the Patchwork Track Jacket. The exclusive items will be available for purchase from May 5th.
