Nell & Mary is a young brand founded in 2012 by sisters Stovel (Krista and Leah) and Avery Bloom, guys with different backgrounds such as interior design, fashion, art, attention to sustainability. The name Nell & Mary comes from Krista and Leah’s grandmothers, while philosophy is based on the desire to create a fine collection, inspired by images from countries as far away as Scandinavia and Japan. Each piece wants to be unique in that cut, sewn and screen printed in their studio / micro-factory in Portland, Oregon, where they are also designed and made all the graphics, almost works of art, printed on their objects. From bags that you see in this article, to household items such as aprons and napkins, made from organic materials, biological, or from funds warehouses, screen printed using water-based inks.
