{"id":134303,"date":"2022-04-15T17:24:25","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T15:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/?p=134303"},"modified":"2024-03-06T15:23:23","modified_gmt":"2024-03-06T13:23:23","slug":"mschf-has-been-sued-again-this-time-by-vans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/en\/mschf-has-been-sued-again-this-time-by-vans\/","title":{"rendered":"MSCHF has been sued (again), this time by Vans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-120085\" src=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/wait-wavybaby-cop.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"120085\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We talked just yesterday in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/?p=119991\">this article<\/a> about the <strong>similarity between the latest sneakers made by the brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/en\/tag\/MSCHF\">MSCHF<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/en\/tag\/Vans\">Vans<\/a> <em>Old Skool<\/em><\/strong>, timeless classic of the footwear world.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-120087 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/vans-vs-mschf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"500\" data-id=\"120087\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vans sued the Brooklyn brand for designing the <em>Wavy Baby<\/em> in collaboration with Tyga<\/strong>, which should have been released on the 18th of April.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time that something like this happens. <strong>A year ago<\/strong>, in fact, <strong>MSCHF had been sued by Nike for using a pair of Air Max 97 for it collaboration with the rapper Lil Nas X<\/strong>.
