Forgotten Pacenotes<\/h2>\n

Bunyamin Aydin<\/strong>, creative director of the Turkish brand Les Benjamins<\/strong><\/a>, has created a collection in honor of the Turkish racing<\/strong> culture and the great Ren\u00e7 Ko\u00e7ibey<\/strong>, Serdar Bostanci<\/strong> and Ali Sipahi<\/strong>, rally icons.<\/p>\n

The collection is titled Forgotten Pacenotes<\/strong>. The pacenotes are used to describe in detail how to drive a rally course<\/strong>. The adjective forgotten instead evokes the Turkish cultural root<\/strong> to which the brand belongs.<\/p>\n

The Les Benjamins line<\/strong>, inspired by the rally clothing of the 70s and 80s<\/strong>, brings back garments inspired by an entire rally cycle, first of these are structured leather suits and balaclavas.<\/p>\n

The aesthetic of the collection refers to every element present in the race, from the colors of the racing cars<\/strong> to the splashes of engine oil<\/strong> and the lettering that incorporates the logos<\/strong> of the car manufacturers.<\/p>\n

The prevailing color of the collection is magenta red<\/strong>, an earthy hue declined in various more or less intense shades.<\/p>\n

Prints of racing oil splashes or the typical designs of Turkish tapestries are added to the magenta base.<\/p>\n
