To celebrate its 50th anniversary<\/strong>, the Italian sportswear brand C.P. COMPANY<\/strong><\/a> has undertaken several collaborations<\/strong> with fashion brands with which it shares visions and values.<\/p>\n

CP COMPANY, originally Chested Perry<\/strong>, was founded in 1971<\/strong> by the bolognese designer Massimo Osti<\/strong>, soon nicknamed \u201cthe godfather of sportswear\u201d. The brand has always combined functionality<\/strong> with a continuous proposal of new fabric\u2019s solutions,<\/strong>\u00a0 first of all garment dyeing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To open the month of September<\/strong> for the Italian brand is the partnership with Barbour<\/a>,<\/strong> an English brand founded in 1894 by John Barbour<\/strong> known for the creation of outerwear<\/strong> useful against British bad weather for fishermen, sailors and captains, which today ranges from country style to lifestyle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

C.P. COMPANY<\/strong> has decided to collaborate with Barbour in honor of an old inspiration<\/strong> that back in 1988 <\/strong>led the graphic designer of the house to create the iconic Mille Jacket<\/em><\/strong>, also nicknamed the Goggle Jacket<\/em><\/strong>. Massimo<\/strong> designed the Mille Jacket<\/em> having as a reference the Barbour Solway<\/em><\/strong> worn by himself in the 1960s.<\/p>\n

Here the new collection, created to celebrate C.P. COMPANY’s fiftieth anniversary, reinterprets the Goggle Jacket and the Solway<\/strong> in an innovative way<\/strong>, giving life to functional garments with a military touch.<\/strong><\/p>\n
