You can&#8217;t get distracted for even a minute, when a <strong>flash news<\/strong> is already around the corner ready to invade the <strong>streetwear<\/strong> sector. Just look at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comme-des-garcons.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comme des Garcons<\/a> that in a few weeks has already launched <strong>collaborations<\/strong> with Nike and Stussy.<\/p>\n<p>To join now and form a trio of collaborations is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdgcdgcdg.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CDG<\/a> sub-brand that chooses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vans.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vans<\/a>. Two veterans, or rather two great friends arm in arm who often find each other, consolidating and reminding the world of their friendship.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-101033\" src=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/CDG-Vans-Old-Skool.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"864\" data-id=\"101033\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Where the previous models (Lampin and Authentic) differed slightly from the original aesthetics to predominantly accommodate the CDG logo; this time, the chosen <strong>Old School<\/strong> model faithfully reflects the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/en\/search\/VANS\/?s=VANS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vans<\/a> <strong>identity<\/strong>, with some minor <strong>changes<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The upper in black canvas and suede with visible stitching and contrasting white Jazz stripes are in fact unchanged. The only change lies in the usual waffle midsole that forms the backdrop to the <strong>Japanese brand<\/strong>&#8216;s signature and then abruptly stops at the textured tip.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-101032\" src=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/vans-x-cdg-old-skool-1_w1160.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" data-id=\"101032\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">The result is a clean and straightforward <strong>collaboration<\/strong> in which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdgcdgcdg.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CDG by Comme des Garcons<\/a> launches a new <strong>iteration<\/strong> of the <strong>Old School<\/strong> model, once again elevating it as a time-honored <strong>skate <\/strong>classic.
