AWGE x Amina Muaddi: footwear designer chooses A$AP Rocky for her first collaboration<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

An unexpected collaboration, but one of the most interesting of the last period is undoubtedly that one between Amina Muaddi<\/a>, recently also a designer at Fendi, and AWGE<\/a>, an artistic collective founded and led by A$AP Rocky<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A$AP Rocky<\/strong> is undoubtedly one of the most multifaceted and creative artists of the Hip Hop<\/strong> scene in history, with an original vision that spans 360 \u00b0 between music, visual, video and fashion.
\nIn his portfolio we can see several collaborations<\/strong>; among the most eclectic the one with Under Armour<\/a> sneakers or the work with JW Anderson<\/a> with the creation of an entire capsule, and then moving on to a video tribute to Raf Simons<\/a>, made only with pieces from the designer’s archive.<\/p>\n

For the collaboration, different models of women’s shoes were created, from a transparent stiletto with a diamond-effect maxi butterfly<\/strong> (in honor of Asap Yams<\/strong>, one of the members of the asap mob who died a few years ago) to gladiators lace-ups<\/strong> in two rainbow diamond and diamond variants.<\/p>\n

The campaign has a very strong visual impact, in fact it stars Tina Kunakey<\/a>, with a nail art<\/strong> on her feet with references to A$AP Rocky (such as the logo of her latest album, the smiles and other elements) and the typical tooth grill<\/strong> of the Harlem artist.<\/p>\n

The collaboration is available strating from today in multi-brand stores worldwide<\/strong> such as: Net-a-Porter<\/em>, Browns<\/em>, Just One Eye<\/em> and On Pedder<\/em>.<\/p>\n

If you are wondering how these iconic heels can be worn, Amina Muaddi<\/strong> gave us the answer: \u201cGladiator lace-ups can be worn with something short like a skirt or a dress. The stilettos with the butterfly, on the other hand, can also be worn with a pair of jeans, as they are very versatile, they are very elegant but can be used in many ways.”<\/em><\/p>\n
