The exhibition gathers 70 of the most famous works and traces the career of the New York painter belonging to the graffiti movement, an artistic period of the 80s of which the greatest exponents are also Cy Twombly and Keith Haring. Salgado decides to compose the exhibition &#8220;A Forest&#8221;, after having spent around 20 years of their life with his wife replanting trees destroyed by deforestation in his childhood place in Brazil, restoring a small green lung for the Earth and for many animal species. The tour entirely crosses the wing of the Parisian museum and seems to catapult us to Giverny, in the calm of the impressionist Claude Monet\u2019s garden.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-92375 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.waitfashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Nymph\u00e9as-Orangerie-02-570x380.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"570\" height=\"380\" data-id=\"92375\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>5. \u201cBody Performance\u201d is the title of the photographic exhibition curated by the Helmut Newton Foundation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Let&#8217;s talk about some works of 13 truly legendary photographers, such as: Robert Mapplethorpe, Helmut Newton, Barbara Probst, Viviane Sassen, Vanessa Beecroft, Yang Fudong, Inez &amp; Vinoodh, J\u00fcrgen Klauke, Robert Longo, Cindy Sherman, Bernd Uhlig and Erwin Wurm, that talk to each other in <a href=\"https:\/\/helmut-newton-foundation.org\/en\/ausstellungen\/body-performance\/#vr-e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cBody Performance\u201d<\/a>. The exhibition is told to us in a 360 \u00b0 way by Matthias Harder, director of the Foundation, in a video-tour presented on the Youtube platform. But what do these artists have in common? Lots of things. Their works treat with great sensitivity the artistic nude and the instrument of performance, which makes in fact the body the main character of their photographic works.
