The latest collaboration between Concepts<\/strong><\/a> and Vault by Vans<\/strong><\/a> is literally the end of the world. \u201cWorld’s End<\/strong>\u201d is the name of a collection<\/strong> that stitches all the rebellion and the need to revolutionize the punk counterculture into the fabrics of a Sk8-Hi <\/strong>and a Slip-On<\/strong>. An attitude, that of punk who wanted to go against the fashion of the time, but which himself proved to be a style icon recognized to this day.<\/p>\n

Curious isn’t it? Rebelling against a system, but then entering it with both feet, or rather both shoes. Concepts<\/strong> x Vault by Vans<\/a><\/strong> sneakers have a decidedly street <\/strong>and underground style<\/strong> thanks to the wild prints and fuzzy textures that draw on Vivienne Westwood<\/strong>‘s legendary mohair sweaters<\/strong>. The collection’s name is also inspired by a boutique that Westwood ran with his longtime partner, Sex Pistols<\/strong> manager Malcolm McClaren.<\/p>\n

The shaggy mohair fabric<\/strong> covers the entire upper of the two models<\/strong> in the collection: pink, purple and red for the Sk8-Hi<\/strong>, while with black and white stripes for the Slip-Ons<\/strong>. The soles are also different. White for the Sk8-Hi and glossy black for the Slip-On.<\/p>\n
