Covid-19 has changed the world of fashion and Fashion Weeks that, although differently, will start again – see the article on the Digital Fashion Week<\/a> in London.<\/h2>\n

Dior<\/strong><\/a>, historic Parisian brand<\/strong>, has decided that will parade<\/strong> but behind closed doors<\/strong>, and will do so in Puglia, precisely in the beautiful city of Lecce<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This information was leaked from a press conference held yesterday attended by Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pietro Beccari, CEO<\/strong> of the brand.<\/span><\/p>\n

Puglia was chosen for the link that creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri<\/strong> has with the region, her father was born in Tricase in the province of Lecce in 1931!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Cruise Collection<\/strong> had, in fact, to parade in Lecce on May 9 and after the cancellation because of the pandemic, the event has slipped to July<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

On July 22nd, then, in the central Piazza del Duomo the collection of Dior will parade, but without any public.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A novelty brought by the Covid-19<\/strong> are the virtual runways<\/a>, a more democratic solution…but certainly less suggestive!<\/span><\/p>\n

From the conference it emerged that Dior<\/strong> will also participate in the Paris Fashion Week in September<\/strong> but not in the one in July (from 6 to 8)<\/strong>, which however will be mainly virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n
